Privacy Policy

Effective 30 September 2026

1. Who we are

SULH Mediation & Dispute Resolution is operated through Globaconsult Management Consulting FZE. This policy explains how personal information submitted through sulhresolution.com is handled.

2. Information we collect

When you request a confidential introductory call, we may collect:

  • your name;
  • your email address;
  • your phone or WhatsApp number, if provided;
  • your preferred method and time of contact; and
  • one broad category describing the type of business dispute.

The public form is intentionally designed not to collect narrative dispute details, counterparty names, documents, privileged material or other substantive case information.

3. Why we use this information

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, arrange an introductory conversation, and determine the appropriate next step. We do not use public-form information for advertising or unrelated marketing.

4. Where the information goes

Website submissions are transmitted to Zena Al Hamwi at her professional Globaconsult mailbox. SULH does not maintain a website CRM, case-management database or separate website database containing these public-form submissions.

If you email [email protected] directly, your message is forwarded to the same professional mailbox.

5. Cloudflare and website security

SULH uses Cloudflare for website hosting, security, form protection and email-routing infrastructure. The Request a Confidential Call form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic.

Turnstile processes technical security signals such as IP address, browser and device characteristics, TLS information and the website origin. Cloudflare states that Turnstile does not access, store or transmit the contents of form entries or other page inputs for the Turnstile security function.

6. Retention

If an enquiry does not become an engagement, we aim to delete the enquiry and associated contact information within 12 months, unless there is a legitimate or legal reason to retain it longer.

If an enquiry becomes a mediation or other professional engagement, records relating to that engagement may be retained separately in accordance with the applicable engagement terms, professional requirements and legal obligations.

7. Security and confidentiality

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information and restrict access to those who need it for the relevant purpose. Internet and email communications are not risk-free, so please do not submit confidential, privileged, commercially sensitive or case-specific information through the public website.

8. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to provide information about personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, or delete or restrict its use where appropriate.

To make a privacy request, email [email protected].

9. International processing

Some of the technology providers used to operate this website provide global cloud services. Technical processing may therefore take place outside the UAE. Where applicable, such processing is handled in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements.

10. No mediator–client relationship

Submitting an enquiry through the website does not create a mediator–client relationship, confirm acceptance of a matter, or create any obligation for SULH or Zena Al Hamwi to act.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website, services or legal obligations change. The current version and effective date will always be published on this page.
